Head of Sales


An Engineer with a MBA should have lot of hunting experience.  
 
Experience:  15 years plus

Salary: Commensurate with Education and Relevant Experience -- and it is not a constraint for the right candidate. 

JD: 
  • Define QuScient's sales priorities
  • Manage filed sales operations as specific to the geographies 
  • Consult sales, marketing, partner management in developing sales opportunities 
  • Demonstrate capabilities in the closing phase of filed sales operations process
  • Build up and lead the pre-sales and filed sales teams
  • Guide teams to prepare winning proposals and train
  • Negotiate with prospects / customers on commercials terms
  • Plan, prepare budget and participate in various exhibitions, seminar, and conferences of international repute. 
  • Be knowledgeable about the business trends in the geographies 
  • Review IT/ITES project funnel
  • Ensure account profitability
  • Develop ability to handle objections from prospects and lead them to sales closure 
  • Monitor implementation of various projects  and give feedback to accounts
  • Develop a solid business case and benefit management process to guide the business solutions consultants, account management and delivery management
  • Ensure access to business, application  system information 
  • Ensure availability of information to create continuous improvement opportunity 
  • Maintain knowledge system -- functionality and content
  • Keep the customer base in tack through a constant interaction system 
  • Mine the accounts and get repeat sales opportunities 
  • Be knowledgeable about the competition 
  • Develop sales norms specific to QuScient for various projects and educate back office continuously
